Adding Promotions

Adding a promotion to an order can help you provide discounts or special deals to customers. Follow these steps to add a promotion using the OrderCounter system.
Applying a promotion
  1. Enter an Order: Start by adding items to a new order, either for Takeout, For Here, or another order type.
  2. Go to Order Functions: Once all items are added to the order, press the Order Functions button located at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select Add Promotion: In the Order Functions menu, find and select the Add Promotion button. This will bring up a list of available promotions.
  4. Choose a Promotion: Browse the available promotions and choose the one that best fits the order.
  5. Apply the Promotion: Once you've selected the promotion, it will be automatically applied to the eligible items in the order. You will see the discount reflected in the order total.
NotesThe displayed promotions are configured and setup in the Back Office
