How to Schedule Orders

Scheduling an order is a great way to ensure it is ready at the exact time your customer needs it. The OrderCounter system makes it easy to schedule orders by following a few simple steps. Below, you'll find detailed instructions on how to create and schedule an order to make sure everything is set at the right time.

Scheduling an Order
  1. Create an Order: Select a table or an order type (e.g., Takeout or For Here). Then, add items from the menu categories, such as Bar, Soft Drinks, or Entree. Once done, press the Order Functions button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Access Order Functions: In the Order Functions menu, click the Schedule Order button.
  3. Enter Date and Time: A scheduling window will appear. Choose the date and time for the order.
  4. Date Selection: Use the calendar to pick the desired date.
  5. Time Selection: Use the dropdown menus to select the hour and minute, ensuring you correctly choose AM or PM.
