Payment Screen Button Customization

Overview



We have the ability to change the tender buttons on the payment screen


You can Move, Merge, Reset size and copy these buttons just as you can Menu Items.


This allows you to customize the screen and have complete control on how it looks and performs

The Set Up

  1. Go to Back Office > Settings > Payment Screen


  1. Customize the button layout.

  2. You can Move, Resize and copy the buttons to any layout you wish within the button grid

  1. Choose the button functions


Here you can see a graphical representation on how the area will look on the POS

Each Button cab be any of the following options


Payment Method – Choose from any payment method currently available in the system


Exact – When pressed, this button will enter the exact amount needed to close the sale in the amount box


Key-In Value – Allows you to enter a custom amount to be paid


Set Value –  Normally set to common denominations of currency. When pressed, the amount entered will be filled out in the amount box


Fraction – Choose from Half, Quarter or Third. This allows you to split the payments evenly very quickly for up to 4 people 


Round Up – Will round up the total to the next full dollar amount. If the total comes to 4.45 then pressing this button will enter 5.00 into the amount box
