Importing Employee information
Employee CSV Import will allow you to create a CSV file containing employee information and import all of those employees at the same time.
If any employees match then they will not get imported. This is to add employees that do not currently exist
The CSV structure is as follows:
First Name, Last Name, Password, Job Title, Pay Rate
- You can have the first row contain these titles but they must match.
- The headers are not required to function.
- Job title must match an existing job title in the system
- Checks are performed before import so if there is a problem then the system will let you know.
The Employee CSV Import feature is located in the Back Office > Employees
